When I am in Sanya, I like staying here. This is a business fairly clean hotel providing reasonably spacious and beautifully designed rooms. The atmosphere of the venue is special! It has motivated staff who are absolutely perfect and very service minded and particularly good and stunning location to Club Intercontinental beach front exclusive area. The onsite bar is executive, the barmen offers alcoholic drinks.

Had a wonderful stay during the national holidays, the breakfast served here was delightful and added to the experience.

I loved my room - good-sized with nice view. The services are attentive, including a nice pool. The fact that it has a smooth check in, that worked great for me.

I really liked this place, it's super pretty, and the place where it is placed is just amazing next to the ocean. the triple room was cleverly designed with awesome spots to sit and the Sea view and patio were just perfect for relaxation 🌊.

We had a really lovely stay at the Intercontinental Sanya Resort. the hotel is excellent and fairly clean, with a magnificent view of the beautiful beach full of palm trees. the outstanding food was combined with friendly service. the pool area was nice too. Smooth check-in was a plus, along with easy parking outside. the hotel is in a quiet and nice position in the nearby neighborhood.

Excellent staff service, club facilities were of high value, evening cocktails with food, diverse breakfast, friendly staff attitude, comfortable bed equipment.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was perfect and the breakfast in the morning was great. The staff were nice and always available. The bar that opened at night was a plus, allowing me to have a drink without leaving the hotel. The location was also convenient, with easy access to many local tourist attractions, as well as the beach and pool options.

Over Christmas, we stayed at a hotel in Sanya. The complementary fruit basket and festive chocolates were a nice touch. The location was great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The poolside bar had a good happy hour and it was fun to try out the water sports.

Our hotel room was not properly cleaned and the staff seemed unwilling to help. The bed linens were stained and the towels were old and rough.

The hotel had a great location, right next to the Mediterran restaurant and close to the beachfront. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with everything being well-maintained. The hotel facilities, particularly the swimming pools, were fantastic and suitable for all ages. The staff were friendly and helpful, even though their English wasn't perfect. Additionally, the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of international and local food options.
